Service Definitions& Cut-off times We offer several service levels to provide our clients with
the right price range for any circumstance. In order to maintain our high level
of efficiency, we have established guidelines and time frames for our different
services. We have determined these time frames through experience in dealing
with Business and Government offices over the past 2 decades. We recommend
using the following guidelines to maximize your cost effectiveness when
shipping with us. This very unique service level has no cutoff time during
regular business hours This service is
available only within the downtown core. For maximum effectiveness, this
service is only available by our traditional call in method. This service level has no cutoff time during regular
business hours. This is essentially a direct drive service, whereby we
will pick up your package and deliver it as fast as weather, traffic, and
distance permits. This service can be used from 8:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday
through Friday, and by appointment Saturday and Sunday. Our 60-minute service is geared towards those deliveries
requiring prompt attention. We will pickup your package and deliver it within 1
hour of the time of call placement. The cutoff time for this service is 4:30PM,
Monday through Friday. The cutoff time for 2-hour Rush service is 3:30PM,
Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time MAY yet be delivered the sameday, however we don’t guarantee it. In
the event that we are unable to attend to them the same day, Rush delivery
orders placed after the cutoff time, are guaranteed delivery by 10:00AM the
following business day. The cutoff time for 4 hour service deliveries is 1:30PM,
Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time MAY yet be delivered the sameday. In the event that we are unable to
attend to them the same day, 4 hour delivery orders placed after the cutoff
time are guaranteed delivery by 12:00PM the following business day. Our most cost effective means of delivery
within the Capital region. We have no cutoff time for this
service. All 24 hour orders will be delivered by the end of the following
business day. In order to maintain our mobility and effectiveness, certain
weight and volume restrictions apply to this service. Our office can provide
you with these guidelines. This is a cost effective alternative to the traditional out
of town transport services. We offer an economical service We offer several Sameday out of town services, providing our
clients with an economical alternative to When it absolutely has to get there as fast as humanly
possible, this is the service you require! These is no
cutoff time for this service. This service provides you with a
dedicated driver, who will personally pickup and hand deliver your package to
anywhere in
